We are the poisoned youth

THERE’S NOT A STAR IN HEAVEN THAT WE CAN’T REACH
THERE MUST BE A PARAGRAPH BREAK EVERY TIME A NEW CHARACTER SPEAKS

Achromatopsia is an inherited condition. People with complete achromatopsia do not have functioning cone cells (cells that allow you to see color) but have functioning rod cells. They see the world in shades of black, grey or white.
They also do not have an understanding or concept of color. Somehow achromatopsia affects long term memory, so people loose their concept of color. For example, they can’t recall what red looks like nor do they grasp an understanding of it. (Source)
Remember when everyone asked you what it would be like to have to explain the colour ‘red’ to someone?
